Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with MoreValid. If for any reason you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward 7-day refund policy with no complicated conditions.

We believe that if our product does not deliver value in the first week, you should not be charged for it. That is the foundation of this policy.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
  • This is your first subscription to MoreValid under the requesting account or email address.
  • Your account has not been terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service.

Refunds apply to the most recent subscription payment only. Refunds are not available for renewals after the initial 7-day window.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".

Please include the following in your email:

  • The email address registered to your MoreValid account.
  • The date of your subscription payment.
  • A brief reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated - it helps us improve).

We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your request. The amount will be returned to your original payment method via Dodo Payments.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund of your most recent payment.

If you are within the 7-day window and wish to cancel and receive a refund, please email us as described above. If you simply wish to cancel without a refund, you can do so from the Account Settings page in your dashboard via the customer portal.

Upon cancellation, your access to MoreValid continues until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if:

  • The 7-day window has elapsed since the subscription payment date.
  • The account has been found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity).
  • A refund has previously been issued to the same account or email address.
